At Valor Mentoring, we have a heart for the people in our community. We strive to offer a variety of opportunities to come alongside others through mentoring, recreation, special interests and events that can offer encouragement and value to one's life journey.

· To support the mission and vision of Valor Mentoring.
· To follow the guidelines and procedures set forth by Valor Mentoring.
· To treat all Valor Mentoring staff, clients, and volunteers with respect and dignity at all times.

· Volunteers will be held to the same operational standards, policies, and client confidentiality as paid staff.
Volunteers not following the above requirements and expectations are subject to dismissal after review by the Valor Mentoring leadership.

I understand these statements are subject to verification. I understand that falsification on this application can disqualify me from consideration or result in my volunteer services being denied. Furthermore, my signature below provides my authorization to Valor Mentoring to conduct driver's license and motor vehicle record checks as needed, as well as reference checks to determine my suitability for placement.
